YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Celebrity & VIP Manager for Zegna, based in Los Angeles and reporting into New York. This strategic position plays a key role within the Marketing & Communications team by overseeing our VIP, Influencers and Celebrity Relations.
Working to plan, deploy and execute an integrated strategy that supports the brand vision; dressing and product placement opportunities, digital content and press for Zegna in North America. In addition, VIP engagements, studio sales and wardrobing will be a key component for growth in the department. The ideal candidate has strong existing relationships with top tier Celebrities & VIP’s, as well as their representatives.
VIP, Influencer & Celebrity Relations

• In partnership with NY office, manage negotiations with VIP’s/agent
• Support HQ on international events as required
• Build & oversee strategy the execution of all VIP activity including ongoing product and social placements, Milan Fashion Week, event appearances, Red Carpet Dressing & Key Awards season moments
• Ongoing red-carpet events (film premieres, festivals, art scene etc.)
• Conduct talent outreach to continue to build relationships with celebrities and their talent representatives
• Award Season events (Golden Globes, Oscars, Grammys, etc.).
• Utilize celebrities and VIP’s to garner Zegna global brand awareness and promote collection
• In season milestone brand moments (sporting games, fixtures & awareness moments)
• Monitor all social posts from any talent to ensure that the posts are logged, liked, and responded to
• Support Regional Marketing team on local events
• Secure talent related press for event appearances, dressing placements and key in season moments
• Ensure in-region support for talent initiatives per North America & assist with global requests
• Arrange MTM fittings & coordinate sample requests for all celeb opportunities (red carpet, editorial, film etc.) in-store and off-site
• Handle global VIP and influencer custom orders
• Ongoing product placement opportunities (iconicity building, key product awareness, tech, entrepreneurs)
• Global dressing support for all events
• Cross functional partnership with global marketing, creative and press teams to ensure alignment, use and approval of assets
• Stay on top of up-and-coming talent, be out and about, be an ambassador for Zegna
• In partnership with NY office, manage and administer all third-party agreements.
• Build and execute plans for influencer activity to support product launches, and licensee product for Zegna
• Ability to handle key dressing events and high visibility brand moments.
