Celebrity Relations Intern Jobs in New York

Work with celebrity relations staff and VIP Event Specialists to develop a team with strong talent management skills

Establish and enforce processes for providing a consistent guest experience, as well as ensuring proper compliance and data capture

Experience in working with high profile celebrities and executives as a company representative

Significant “big event” experience with at least 4-5 years’ experience, preferred

Ability to interact and take direction from senior executives, artists, promoters and managers

Work with the team to develop effective business metrics to gauge progress and identify opportunity areas

Adaptability and multi-tasking capability, with solid time management

5-7 years of work experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative and out of the box thinker

Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills required

Set goals/KPI’s around VIP/Celebrity strategy constantly innovating strategy and talent based off what has worked and what hasn’t.

Coordinate with social team to present VIP talent for content creation.

Inherent problem-solving skills, possessing the experience, intellect and know-how to analyze, plan, execute and deliver top-notch results on a consistent basis.

Extensive experience working with top tier talent agencies like WME, CAA, UTA and ICM.

Experience collaborating with attorneys on short and long form talent contracts.

Experience working with talent affiliated with SAG/AFTRA and other talent unions.

Familiarity with social influencer contract deals and scales for micro and macro influencers in the brand marketing space.
