Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition is desirable.

Communication - Effectively communicate all directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff.

Customer Experience - Positively represents HCSG by following instructions, being courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, and client staff.

Resident Experience - Positive, pleasant, and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Certified Dietary Manager or Certified Food Service Manager designation is required in accordance with CMS and/or State/County law.

Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision experience are desired.

Leads other multi-disciplinary work groups in revenue enhancement projects including Denial Management and APC Billing committees.

Combination of post-secondary education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Certifications in patient access or patient accounting. Coding certification highly preferred

Six years of experience in the healthcare industry is required. Charge Master, EAP and coding experience are highly preferred.

Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance and provider relations.

Ensures accurate establishment of clinical charges, descriptions and billing codes in the charge master.
