Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

Plans, organizes, and implements CDL training for employees in assigned department to enhance employee work-related education/skill level

Knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, standards, and regulations pertaining to specific duties and responsibilities of each job

Provide an appropriate learning environment, including selecting, ordering, and maintaining educational supplies, materials, and equipment

Knowledge of safety-related issues in safety and loss control methods

Must possess Microsoft Office skills

Any education experience is a big plus

Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Must have basic computer capabilities and know how to navigate a web browser

160 Driving Academy is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Lead classroom, yard, and road CDL Class A training

Perform evaluations through checklists and observation, as well as documenting progress.
