Expert knowledge in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Mine multiple sources of internal and external data to derive meaningful insights (internal data bases, IRI, Nielsen and Customer Data)

Responsible for the overall evaluation of category, sub-category, and product level finds for presentation to senior management.

Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in category management and financial planning

Partner with the VP of Category Management & Pricing on assessing feasibility of Value ideas that are conceived

Project manage the testing and implementation of Value initiatives cross-functionally

Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

7+ years' experience with a minimum of 5 years in Product Management, Category Management Procurement, Strategy, Finance, Engineering, Consulting, or Operations

Experience with category management, strategic sourcing, category planning, private label, customer care and supplier relationship management

Lead change management process for rationalization efforts on assigned categories

Ensure effective inventory management techniques are in place to meet service level expectations

Manage vendor and item master data in conjunction with Master Data Organization

Partner with VP-Inventory Planning and Replenishment (IPR) to co-manage efficient inventory levels that support forecasted goals

Demonstrated skills in sourcing/supplier & category management. Direct knowledge of resin, membrane, and life sciences in the semi-conductor experience a plus

Assure effective negotiation and management of commercial supply terms to support Entegris' business needs.

Assess gaps in supplier capabilities and implement appropriate continuous improvement activities to optimize performance to Entegris’ needs.

Strategic negotiation skills, including ability to document negotiation process and the ability deliver enhanced product margins.

Strict adherence to culture of compliance and corporate reporting requirements.

Lead, coach, mentor and inspire a cohesive team of supply chain professionals tasked with managing a global footprint of suppliers.
