Catalyst Program Manager Jobs

•Regularly report and present to the research team and management.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

American Forests’ headquarters is in downtown Washington, DC. This position is a remote position.

Establish and maintain clear strategy with benchmarks and effort metrics for the Catalyst Initiative.

Diesel Engine knowledge/experience with a chemical engineering background.

Experience/Knowledge of After-treatment component functioning/significance and chemistry

Qualification: BS/MS either in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 1 – 2 years or more should be good enough.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

Gasoline/Diesel Engine and Component level knowledge of the functioning

Manage and contribute to the development of outreach strategies, including relationship development and communications.

Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.

Demonstrated creativity, problem solving, critical analysis, initiative, judgment and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated solid planning and organizational skills.

Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Product Management experience preferred; enough business, commercial, and product knowledge to elicit questions from the team

Regularly participate in Daily Management reviews, provide feedback and engagement to improve the quality and results generated from these activities.

Experience in corporate VOC (Voice of Customer), Experimentation in a startup setting

Deliver formal and informal FBS training to commercial leaders and associates to promote development in various Growth Accelerator tools.

Assist in achieving Commercial Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives

Benchmark and incorporate standard methodologies into processes and work implemented at the Operating Company.

Manage Catalyst external communications in coordination with PfP and CPF Communications team members’ direction, protocols, branding, and program needs.

Proven ability to manage, support, and lead successful teams in community engagement work.

NYC Parks related experience is highly preferred, parks and open-space project experience desired.

Experience working in public/private partnership preferred, experience working with multiple stakeholders and accountability partners required.

Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection, CRM platforms, evaluation, reporting, and presentation creation.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized project manager.
