• Strong analytical and project management skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage VIP relations pertaining to the Creative Director

• Oversee and manage all custom VIP looks for events including runway show, events, etc

• Manage media and VIP relationships to increase brand and product exposure.

• Manage casting for in-house projects across seasonal lookbooks, social activations, campaigns, etc

Advance knowledge in Casting or agency experience within content, fashion, digital media, advertising, and fashion industry

Manage talent contracts from distributions to execution

Experience in negotiating competitive day rates, scheduling and usage is a plus

Experience with deck building in InDesign and or keynote

Externally communicate and request and organize model materials, internal request, project details

Maintain and organize internal systems to track projects and talent

Experience with written and verbal communication skills to all levels of partner/client

Knowledge of performing talent and technical skills in multiple musical genres

Experience in music theatre talent and technical skills

3+ years experience in the Casting of professional talent

Experience networking and partnering to complete an objective

Experience managing deliverables while meeting deadlines
