Detailed Job Description A Casino Floor Runner is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers on the casino floor. They must be able to answer questions, provide assistance, and resolve any customer complaints. They must also be able to maintain a clean and organized gaming floor, ensuring that all gaming equipment is in working order and that all gaming areas are free of debris. Additionally, they must be able to help maintain a safe and secure environment, monitoring the gaming floor for any suspicious activity and reporting any issues to security personnel.
