Consistently demonstrate positive, effective communication skills
Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of, and comply with, the facility rules, policies and procedures, and consistently and appropriately enforce them
Must attend monthly in-service trainings, fitness swims and bi-weekly skill checks
Conduct daily maintenance inspections of facility
Ensure facility cleanness and security
Support in opening and closing of the facility
