Provide for the management and care coordination of the residents needs
Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or related field plus a minimum of three years of experience -OR-
Master's degree in counseling or related field and one year of related experience
Ensure the efficient running of the day to day program under the leadership of the Program Director
Provide for the safety and security of child/adolescents within the residential setting by promoting a healthy, clean and supportive environment.
Render personal care services and provides transportation to school and doctor's appointments.

They work with clients to develop and implement plans to help them find and maintain stable housing, access resources, and develop life skills. Case Managers – Youth Housing must be able to assess the needs of their clients and develop individualized plans to meet those needs. They must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and landlords. They must also be able to provide crisis intervention and support to their clients.
