Overview Case Manager Travel Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional healthcare provider who is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in a variety of settings. This includes hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health care, and other medical facilities. The Case Manager Travel Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in order to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided. Detailed Job Description The Case Manager Travel Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in a variety of settings. This includes assessing the patient’s condition, developing a plan of care, providing direct patient care, and evaluating the patient’s progress. The Case Manager Travel Registered Nurse is also responsible for coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that the patient receives the best possible care. The Case Manager Travel Registered Nurse is also responsible for providing education to patients and their families about their condition and treatment options. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
