Detailed Job Description The Case Manager Travel Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in a variety of settings. This includes assessing the patient’s condition, developing a plan of care, providing direct patient care, and evaluating the patient’s progress. The Case Manager Travel Registered Nurse is also responsible for coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that the patient receives the best possible care. The Case Manager Travel Registered Nurse is also responsible for providing education to patients and their families about their condition and treatment options. Job Skills Required
