Case Manager Rn Behavioral Health Jobs in Washington

CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire

Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, modify, and evaluate client care plans.

Administer medications and intravenous fluids and monitor client for reactions or side effects.

Document and record resident observations and health-related information in electronic systems.

Observe and supervise licensed nurses and nurses' aides or assistants to ensure proper nursing care delivery.

Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries and instructions.

Maintains current knowledge of in-patient treatment facilities admission requirements.

Engages in case management staffing to represent and support patient needs appropriately.

Engages case management model appropriately with patients in all settings.

Maintains current knowledge in ASAM criteria for treatment as well as any other applicable tools identified and utilized in clinical judgment.

Equivalency: 1 year of experience = 1 year of education
