Competitors’ analysis: market shares, distribution strategy, product & price positioning, communication strategy

Develop events toolkits for the boutiques and follow-up on its implementation

Prior wholesaler (warehouse, delivery or selling) experience preferred.

Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Ensure proper completion of daily load sheets and re-assignment of trucks to drivers.

Determine accuracy of product receipts and shipments as stated on shipping papers.

Assist in planning, directing, scheduling, and supervising warehouse hourly personnel on assigned shift.

Assist Operations Supervisor in maintenance of facility.

Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills by partnering effectively with boutique management, commercial network, regional leadership, and corporate departments as needed

Preferred 3 years of operations management experience, especially in luxury retail environment

Partner with boutique management to monitor and control boutique operating costs and ensure effective allocation of resources

Lead overall success of boutique audits; partner with management to implement and execute action plans

Oversee daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing in partnership with management team

Ensure overall fluidity of other transactional flows (ecommerce, etc.) to sustain efficient business operations and seamless client experience

Prepares and writes a variety of reports and documentation, including detailed Risk Management incident reports

Community Services leisure and volunteer activities as they relate to various interests and abilities

Assists in all facets of assigned program area(s) and special events

Maintains inventory control, activity and progress records

Assists in implementing specialized Community Services programs

Responds to complaints and inquiries from the public

Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills by partnering effectively with boutique management and peers

Support overall success of boutique audits; partner with management to implement and execute action plans

Demonstrate Cartier competencies and behaviors; foster transparency with colleagues and management by sharing feedback and information

MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred

Assist with care service responsibilities as needed (e.g., the client repair flow, execution of reports, and monthly inventory/reconciliation)

Develop fundamental brand knowledge to convey Cartier heritage and values
