Accurately document all services, appointments, or other pertinent information in database system.

Send proper documentation/notices timely to ensure positive outcomes.

Maintain and organize all documentation related to any UI decisions.

Previous serving experience -high-end & high-volume setting preferred

Understanding of higher education best practices and/or the fields of Technology and Data OR Management, Consulting, and Entrepreneurship.

Master’s degree or currently pursuing a graduate degree in counseling, education, business administration, data analytics, management, or a related field.

Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects.

At least one year of professional work experience in a university or higher education setting.

Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, implementing, and presenting services and activities.

Experience working with graduate student populations.
