Career Advisors also provide job search assistance, resume and cover letter writing, and interview preparation. They may also provide career counseling, career exploration, and job search strategies. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, human resources, or a related field

• Professional certification in career counseling preferred
• Previous experience in career counseling or related field preferred
