Care Manager Summit Intensive Services Jobs

A desire to make a change in the healthcare experience: you love to serve and make a difference.

Strong clinical skills that will help you understand what a patient needs to help her avoid poor health outcomes.

The ability to learn quickly from past experiences and implement changes for improvement.

Comfort or interest in working remotely post COVID.

A minimum of 4 years of RN experience.

Health insurance experience, particularly Medicare Advantage.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated excellence in public contact skills (respect for others, courteous and tactful).

Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work independently.

Clerical or nursing assistant experience preferred.

High school graduate or equivalent. College degree preferred.

Experience working with in a healthcare setting.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).

Current State of Utah licensure as a Social Services Worker.

External candidates are eligible for a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
