Camps Manager Jobs in North Carolina

2 years of management experience preferred in a direct care setting.

Schedule, manage, and train camp hosts through orientation, meetings, and in-the-moment coaching to provide an exceptional camp experience.

Manage the camps before and aftercare.

Enable engaging, hands-on, play-based learning experiences that foster relationships with and between campers.

Administer and develop a safe carpool experience to ensure efficiency.

Perform all other duties assigned by manager.
