Camp Health Supervisor Jobs

Two years' experience working in education, recreation, or related field.

Graduation from high school or GED; and

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Valid driver's license or equivalent mobility required.

Requires satisfactory driving record and background check.

Prepares work schedules for seasonal recreation specialists, recreation leaders, and other assigned personnel and supervises their activities.

Ensures staff compliance with International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security certification requirements.

High school diploma, GED or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).

Supervises UHealth Security Professionals in their shift responsibilities.

Actively manage the threat environment to prevent or minimize the effects of workplace violence.

Able to obtain certification in Non-violent Crisis Intervention via Crisis Prevention Institute.

Able to obtain certification in Healthcare Defensive Tactics System via Personal Safety Training Institute.

Current CPR and First Aid Certification.

Experience in building relationships with a wide range of age groups including campers, staff, volunteers, and parents.

General nursing experience with large numbers of school age children.
