Manage virtual and face-to-face in classroom training environment effectively; administer learning activities

Manage existing learning material and LMS and participate in revamping and redeployment

Train and coach managers, team leaders and others involved in employee development efforts

Obtain and/or develop effective digital training materials utilizing a variety of media to augment and evolve existing training curriculum

Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events

Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
