Continually audit and review office management and administration systems, implementing improvements where necessary and keeping the office appropriately stocked with supplies.

Develop and utilize a working knowledge of all sales managers’ in-house groups and arriving groups over a rolling 10 days cycle.

Be motivated, committed and enthusiastic, seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance.

Strong command of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Delphi event management system, and Opera.

Works with the IT Manager to create necessary reporting for DOSM.

Be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements.

One-year experience in a customer service/food service position preferred.

Must have the ability to read, write, take verbal instruction and perform basic arithmetic.

Assume the shared responsibilities of the entire FOH management team (opening/closing, retail support, catering, special events, cooking classes, holidays, etc.)

Train staff on all food, beverage, service, operations, guest management, hospitality, culture, and any other applicable topic.

Work with management team members to organize the holiday seasons in a timely, efficient, effective manner.

Meet with Sofra management teams regularly for consultation, coordination, and brainstorming.

Delegate to co-managers and shift leaders to assist with training as needed.

Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships for all beverages.
