Cafe Lead Jobs

Able to multi-task and prioritize duties while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests, fellow cast members, and spa management.

We are looking for someone with previous barista experience and preferably coming from a leadership role.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

At least 5-years of related experience.

Oversees product consistency and make necessary modifications according to business needs.

Assures cleanliness of all work and dining areas.

Mentors and coaches staff on proper procedures regarding use of POS, point and coupon redemption, guest service standards and cleaning standards.

Assures equipment maintenance schedules and cleaning checklists are followed.

Food management experience, preferably cafe, catering or small restaurant

Daily and weekly inventory management, ordering, and receiving

Logistic management of supply pick up

Monitor all product to ensure proper rotation and code date management

Be responsible for shrink and waste management

Meticulous attention to detail - whether keeping the cafe clean and organized or entering data for ordering management
