Cafe Kitchen Supervisor Jobs in Texas

1-2 years supervisory or operational management experience.

Skilled in cooking, cost controls, management, crew training and development

Assist and support kitchen management in any of their job functions as needed

Check labor daily in Labor Management system

Participate in weekly Kitchen Manager’s meeting

Manage and maintain all equipment in operable condition

Must be aware of time management

Supervising and directing AM prep team for there list for the day

Responsiblle for putting all orders away and directing AM team to assist with orders being properly stored.'

FIsh Butchery is a plus

Must be a respectful person towards others and be able to communicate clearly and in a respectful manner towards co-workers.

Must be organized, clean and understand our standards and maintain those among all staff members.
