Kitchen Supervisor Jobs

Andiron is seeking a AM kitchen supervisor to direct and supervise the prep team upon opening and throughout the day until the shift is over. Shift starts at 5:00 am daily and will open restaurant alongside butcher. The prep list for the day will be written by the PM chef team and the list is ecpected to be finished by beginning of service daily.
Duties include:

• FIsh Butchery is a plus
• Must be aware of time management
• Supervising and directing AM prep team for there list for the day
• Must be a respectful person towards others and be able to communicate clearly and in a respectful manner towards co-workers.
• Must be organized, clean and understand our standards and maintain those among all staff members.
• Must be able to communicate all issues with orders with chef teams and changes regarding product. More detail about Andiron part of Sambrooks Management Company
