They are responsible for ensuring that all cable systems are functioning properly and that all customer service requests are handled in a timely manner. Detailed Job Description Cable Support Technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable systems and related equipment. This includes installing and troubleshooting cable systems, setting up customer service requests, and providing technical support to customers. They must be able to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams, and be able to troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise. They must also be able to install and configure new equipment, and be able to provide customer service and technical support. Job Skills Required
