Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

3+ years of buying experience in an eCommerce or retail business

Accurately assign product attributes at the style level and understands how attributes tie back to product strategies and reporting

• 2+ years of experience in cannabis retail buying, specifically.

Seeking experience with Women’s fast fashion, the LA Mart, vendor management

Requires Min. 10 years experience in Buying Womens Apparel (non apparel is a plus), PD/Private label a plus

Experience managing teams of 3+ direct reports

Oversee all responsibilities of Merchandising & Buying Assistant and ongoing training, education, and growth plan

Manage all vendor invoicing and payments/payment terms

Manage Associate Buyer for 3rd Party Brands

Train and develop Associate Buyer to fully manage the category of 3rd Party Brands

Experience of undertaking a similar role in a large-scale company with global reach (in a Procurement, Finance or Business Management Function)

Strong reporting skills at senior management level

Create and update reports for acquisition initiatives by synthesizing relevant data
