Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior executive support capacity or strategic project management

Strongly preferred: "Asana Certified Pro" Designation or Asana "Power User" or other expert-level experience in other project management tool

Agile organizational and time-management skills - ability to re-prioritize "on the fly," given fluid business circumstances

Manage and oversee strategic projects and initiatives assigned by the Senior Thunder leadership.

Coordinate and manage the [Executive/Senior Leader's] calendar, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled efficiently.

Project Management: Ability to scope projects, deliver results against set expectations, timelines, budgets, etc.

Influence and Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence senior-level stakeholders.

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a consumer or strategy focused role or another equivalent combination of education and experience.

Facilitate the ABP (annual business plan process) to create one year business plans to ensure delivery of short-term business requirements.

Provide thought leadership to identify and lead and project manage strategic business level initiatives.

Analytical and Quantitative: Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to independently generate strategic insights from data.

Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)

5+ years of work experience in either Sales Strategy / Consulting / Sales Operations / Analytics

Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool (Tableau,Google Data Studio,Looker)

Help drive the analytical rhythm of our business including quarterly business reviews, org deep dives

Partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market + segment specific analyses to uncover insight

Become an expert in business and compensation rules to fully understand how Sales operates

Knowledge Management: Retain and track all MBK Alliance templates, strategy and promotional materials, standard operating procedures

Demonstrated experience in project and event management coordination

Project Management: Support the team’s activities and milestones in accordance with established MBKA and Obama Foundation procedures

Accurate tracking and facilitation of the internal processing and approvals of non-monetary agreements/acknowledgements and Foundation vetting procedures

Demonstrated ability to manage the schedule and support task tracking for senior executives in a fast-paced environment

Research: Conduct research to support the MBK Strategy & Operations team’s project plans and the engagement with external partners and speakers.

3+ years in a business analyst, management consulting or investment banking role

Experience in the benefits administration space

Collaborate across the company with business leads (Service, Sales, Call Center, Marketing, Operations & Finance) to achieve success against business objectives

Build relationships with a complex set of stakeholders through superior communication skills

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Strong knowledge of SQL (ideally python as well)
