4. Assist in post-investment project management and daily coordination.

4. Prior experience in successfully leading overseas project investment expansions is preferred.

2. Perform investment analysis, financial calculations, due diligence, and generate investment analysis reports for potential projects.

Project management or change management (process or technology conversion) experience preferred.

Support senior management in the operation of the Americas Direct Real Estate business.

Partner with other business segments across CBRE Investment Management to drive efficiency and global consistency.

Real Estate Asset Management background preferred. Operations, Portfolio Analytics and Portfolio Management backgrounds to be considered as well.

This professional should have at least 5 years of professional experience.

Experience with visualization software (ex: Power BI, Tableau) and coding (Python, R, etc) a plus.

Assist in developing talking points and supporting information for industry conferences and senior management meetings with external analysts/investors

Advance MS Office skills (primarily PowerPoint/Excel)

Experience with Excel macros, Coalition Greenwich, and FactSet a plus

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
