Experience with commercial BI Reporting tools such as Business Objects, Power BI

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience in healthcare-specific reporting or other exposure to healthcare business constructs

The BI Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects concurrently, meeting aggressive deadlines.

Hands- on coding skills in Tableau (or Power BI), and some experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

Developing meaningful relationships to become a credible advisor and manager in BI and Analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in of building solutions in a high -volume, multi-country, retail environment.

Cross-functional partnerships with business users to understand the BI and analytics solutions required to meet their business needs.

Leading the development of analytics, visualization, and BI.

Clinical Laboratory experience with advanced knowledge of healthcare dynamics and selling solutions and strategies

Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, sales targeting and other business outcomes.

Manage tasks and timelines to complete all project deliverables

Build and utilize knowledge of health care business processes, including billing, results delivery, marketing, diagnostic testing

Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop reproducible analytical approaches to meet business requirements as requested

Hands-on experience with data analysis, predictive model, statistical model design, development and validation
