Business Intelligence Analyst Lead Jobs in Missouri

BS. degree in Engineering, Information Management, Finance, Mathematics or similar quantitative field

Advanced Tableau skills, including knowledge of Level of Detail expressions, parameters, and complex visualization types

Construct and manage data stores containing information about our organization's core business processes activities to provide meaningful business insights

Experience developing database objects focused on scalability, performance benchmarking, and data consistency guiding business strategy and decisions

Experience working directly with business and technology partners to understand objectives and articulate the impact of Business Intelligence solutions

Experience working with Google Cloud and BigQuery.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Ensure data infrastructure is secure, reliable, and meets performance requirements

Expert knowledge in data modeling and data warehousing, including standard methodologies, impact analysis, and industry standards.

Hands-on development experience with Calculation Views, Stored Procedures, ADSOs, Transformations, User Exits, BADIs, programs/CDS Views, and function modules.

Experience in implementing data security and compliance protocols.

Experience with SAP S4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BPC, IBP, and Master Data Governance (MDG).

Hands-on requirements elicitation; client management and technical documentation including traceability, use cases, prototyping, and data modeling.

Experience in strategic planning and knowledge of Texas Legislative processes and DIR processes and requirements.

Business analysis experience on software development projects including: the preparation of project related documentation.

Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal/ presentation communication skills in English (specifically technical writing).

Experience with process improvement strategies and methodologies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Deep experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, Qlik, Datorama, and/or Looker

Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills

Working knowledge in at least one of the following scripting languages: Python or R

Knowledge of commonly-used digital metrics, analytic concepts, and online marketing channel best practices
