Business Development Manager For Marketplace Jobs in Texas

·Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with customers and key stakeholders, good conflict management skills

·Collaborate with marketing, project managers and production team to develop strategies that promote customer acquisition and retention.

·MS degree required, advanced degree in science or commensurate experience is preferred (e.g. PhD, MBA)

·Experience in sales or business development isa plus

·Strong influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·Maintain existing customers through trust based relationships and high quality customer support.

·Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent and relevant academic/professional qualifications

·Ablity to prioritize, delegate, and follow through on assignments.

·Strong Microsoft Office suite expertise, especially PowerPoint. Email capable and Internet familiar. Expertise in CRM software

·Consistent achievement of sales targets

·Proven success in growth strategy and expanding relationships to multiple projects and portfolio level engagements

·Required to travel within and outside home region, potentially internationally
