Minimum of 2 years in consumer products or direct store delivery sales, major account management

Assist customers in reaching sales potential on company products by offering creative merchandising ideas.

Collaborate with cross functional team members (e.g. marketing, finance, operations).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma required

Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price and package for retail customers

Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills are a must

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and fiscal management skills

5 years minimum experience Specific experience with new center project work required and 3 years of project management preferred

Strong understanding of change management, ability to bring teams together to problem solve around issues with a sense of urgency

Experience working with internal and external clients/constituents

Experience working and managing across a broad and diverse group of people

Strong center based/operational experience that helps to inform the decision making process during the course of each project

Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Can manage stress and rapid pivots

Develop and maintain client relationships

Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Supply Chain Management or equivalent education and experience.

Manage complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for

Awareness of common systems and databases used for transportation and logistics management

Degree in related field preferred. Less than one year related experience
