• Execute on identified transformational opportunities for Business Management process improvement

• Design a library of job aids, procedures and process maps for Business Management inclusive of controls

5+ years of direct communications experience with internal employee communications or corporate communications

• Previous experience facilitating and organizing large meetings utilizing MS Teams and Live Events platforms

• Experience leading efforts around employee survey action planning

Able to present to senior level management and effective cross organizational communication and influencing skills

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study

5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain management, or business operations.

Experience creating, recommending, and presenting business strategies, results and action plans to key decision-makers and various management levels

Demonstrated expertise presenting to executive level management and effective cross organizational communication and influencing skills

Knowledge of Intel manufacturing processes and fab, assembly test, materials and sales and marketing desired
