Detailed Job Description Business Analyst SMEs are responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the areas of business analysis, process improvement, and project management. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations. They are also responsible for providing guidance and support to project teams, stakeholders, and other business analysts. They must be able to identify and analyze business needs, develop solutions, and provide recommendations to improve business processes. • Experience with developing and documenting process flows

• Experience with developing and documenting test plans

• Certification in business analysis, process improvement, and/or project management (e.g. PMP, CBAP, etc.)
