Perform claim adjudication project analysis and preparation work flow management.

Manage and mentor Claims Business Analysts.

Interface with and manage all organizational levels to mobilize commitment.

Collect, validate and analyze data to deliver business solutions.

·Manage the overall quality and delivery of research reports, whitepapers, dashboards etc.

·Need to have related experience in IT markets.

·Good communication skill, responsible for client communication (located globally)

·Strong Analytical skill & excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills.

·Preferably an MBA graduate with around 10+ years of experience in market research or consulting

·Clear understanding of IT market and the ecosystem is essential.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in software development, and data structures/algorithms.

5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

2 years of experience building teams, machine learning, language-modeling, AI algorithms, data processing, and unsupervised machine learning.

5 years of experience in research with sequential modeling or generative AI, deep learning architectures, and transformers.

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

Experience with team, task or project leadership responsibilities

Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date.

Experience pursuing and developing new and expanding existing client relationships

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience managing or consulting for utility and other energy programs

The ability to deliver inspiring presentations through the use of data led story telling skills
