2+ years’ experience ideally, but not necessarily in supportive housing or a similar social justice field preferred but not required

Success in this role is demonstrated with the following core competencies

Must have knowledge and experience in Spreadsheet (MS Excel, Numbers) and Word processing (MS Word or Pages) software

Has previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills

Must have at least 3 years of extensive Construction related Contract Administration experience, including adherence to all contracting principles and procedures

Prior experience in billing and invoice creation is required

Prior experience with government contracts, especially FAR-compliant cost-plus-fixed fee invoicing, is strongly preferred

Must have analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with coordination and management of external law firm, CROs, and internal staff, i.e., Clinical Operations

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting high quality and timeliness standards under pressure.

Manage the process and interfaces between Deciphera, CRO, and External Law Firm Consultants for CTAs, amendments, and other related agreements.

Conducts a quality and consistency check for assigned studies between CTA, budget, and payment requirements.

BS/BA or equivalent years’ experience

Site budget negotiation skills are required.

Participate in continuing education activities in order to maintain current knowledge of budgets and contracting;

Support Finance team on expense and payment reporting as well as audit processes, as needed;

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and math proficiency;

Regularly maintain and update contract status on the tracker. Upload documents, including protocols and manuals, to the appropriate location;
