Brokerage Operations Identity Specialist Jobs

12+ months experience handling claims/disputes

6+ months experience communicating directly with claimant (written or telephonic)

Associates/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

Communicate with claimants via phone, email, and mail regarding new and ongoing identity theft claims

Compile and process documents and review loan application details to support claim investigations

Complete thorough investigation of identity theft claims and document findings and conclusions

O Maintain and improve the infrastructure of our brokerage operations, specifically centered around maximizing our agency management system within Salesforce

Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Insurance & Risk Management or a related field a plus)

Actively work for workflow optimization between two existing teams in order to deliver a more unified customer experience

Proactively identify areas to improve processes and procedures focused on delivering a great customer experience and increasing operational efficiency

4-6+ years’ experience in commercial insurance (at an in-house carrier and/or brokerage)

4-6+ years’ experience managing a team directly in a service-oriented role

Experience with identity verification and customer identification programs

Functional experience with Looker / Tableau or other data analytics tools

Technical experience scaling processes or managing projects

Knowledge and respect for SEC/FINRA regulatory and compliance rules and regulations.
