Brokerage Operations Analyst Jobs in Texas

Organized: Must be highly organized, can multi-task, has good time management skills and attention to detail.

Manage/execute bid cycle including RFP process, awards and rate contracting phases.

The role requires advanced reporting and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

Utilize overall knowledge of company bid-rate structure to complete pricing submissions against critical (and often narrow) deadlines set by customers.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University with a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain/Logistics.

3–5+ years pricing experience required. Transportation or Logistics industry experience required.

Attain knowledge in understanding the full spectrum of responsibilities and day-to-day tasks involved with project leasing and tenant representation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Provide analytical and marketing support to the transactions team

Assist with market surveys, land and amenity maps, competitive sets, lease abstracts, and prospect reports

Participate in property tours and stacking plans for properties

Coordinate tour packets and sales pitch materials
