Managing special seating requests of guests consistent with table availability.
Clean host area, serving areas, equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas in order to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
Takes, rings in, and delivers all food and beverage orders from customers as required by Silverado-Franklin standards.

Be familiar with the organization of the Restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service and know the function of each job position.
