Branch Operational Terminal Manager Jobs

Manages operations and monitors scheduling of products for incoming and outgoing P/L carrying refined products.

Manages all maintenance work performed at terminal.

Experience may be considered in lieu of degree

10 years experience in product terminal maintenance and operations

Must have extensive experience in mitigation of corrosion of subsurface pipelines and above ground storage tanks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible for the day-to-day safe and efficient scheduling of product receipts, personnel schedules to manage the product receipts and product inventory.

4-10 Years of experience in Terminal Operations or Oil and Gas industry.

Maintains safe working conditions throughout the terminal. Promotes safety and environmental consciousness among employees.

Compiles and maintains necessary records and reports.

Keeps informed with government rules and regulations pertaining to terminal operations.

Communicate and partner with local first responders and community representatives.

Asset based trucking operations management.

Personnel management (drivers & office staff)

Equipment management (tractors, trailers, facilities)

Other Essential Abilities and Skills:

Education: bachelor’s degree (i.e., Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation)

KPI’s & metrics reporting to measure success.

Operation Management experience a Must

College Education or Military experience is a Plus

Oversight and coordination of route, dispatch, vault, and terminal operations through respective managers/supervisors.

Developing and maintaining customer service capabilities among all operations staff. Responding to customer inquiries and/or complaints.

Supervisors – The Branch Manager will consult with and accept advice/direction from the District Vice President on a daily basis.

Customers – The Branch Manager will communicate with customers on a regular basis.
