Knowledge of commercial cleaning requirements

Must successfully complete training and attain/retain certifications applicable to assigned job

Experience in commercial cleaning with OSHA approved cleaning compounds and tools preferred

Perform cleaning assignments for train cars in accordance with FDA and Amtrak standards and guidelines

Drain and flush waste tanks

Vacuum, mop, dust, sweep, wash walls and windows

Be the main point of contact on the floor when management is not present

Maintain high level of product and brand knowledge

3+ years retail experience with the majority of time spent in luxury

Previous experience in Watch industry desired

Highly professional manner and customer service skills

Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge

Communicate with Service Advocates to provide the best possible experience

Knowledge of the local/state driving laws and regulations

Knowledge of the roadways in the Boston region

Skills in utilizing a smartphone or mobile device to operate the ServiceUp app

Ability to take online courses to learn how to become a safe driver and deliver an incredible experience to our customers

Ensure the safety of you and the client's cars.

Applicable transaction experience and technical skills (M&A, modeling, due diligence)

7+ years of experience with at least 3 years spent in an investing seat

Relevant sector experience (infrastructure, energy, industrials, technology)

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Engineering)

10+ years marketing/management and leadership experience with a consumer product driven company

Global brand management experience preferred

Support a broader division objective of transforming the consumer experience, through deep consumer knowledge, contemporary marketing techniques and general business strategy

Ability to work cross functionally with category management, product development, engineering and other disciplines

Experience in both agency and corporate environments

Experience bringing complex consumer products to market for organizations with revenue over $500M

Portfolio management – Assist with ongoing monitoring and ad hoc strategic projects for portfolio companies

Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills

Investment approval materials – Prepare memos and other approval materials for the Investment Committee

Industry research – Conduct research on market size, growth prospects, demand drivers, key competitors, etc.

Third party diligence – Facilitate diligence activities with third-party partners (e.g., senior lenders, accountants, attorneys, IT consultants, strategy consultants)

Investor relations and fundraising – Compile financial reports and valuation estimates of current portfolio companies for current and potential investors

A major or concentration in any of these areas – Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Taxation

Completed at least 2 college-level accounting courses prior to graduation

Organize set up and help animate in depth product and service trainings within Boutique in collaboration with Fashion Education

Solicits experts of the shop to co-facilitate morning meetings such as product managers, specialists (shoes, F&B)

Experienced in formalized training preferably within the retail landscape

Create an engaging, fun, and educational experience while ensuring safety and promoting responsible consumption

Cicerone or BJCP Knowledge and/or Certification

Ability to manage time effectively

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Home brewing or beer industry experience

Previous tour guide, theater, and/or improv experience
