Overview Booth staff are responsible for providing customer service and support at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. They are the face of the company and must be able to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Booth staff must be knowledgeable about the company’s products and services and be able to answer customer questions. Detailed Job Description Booth staff are responsible for setting up and breaking down the booth, as well as managing the booth during the event. They must be able to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, answer customer questions, and provide information about the company’s products and services. Booth staff must also be able to handle customer complaints and provide solutions. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
