The successful Ticket Booth Supervisor will oversee ticket booth operations and personnel to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and maximizing sales.


About The Opportunity


The successful Ticket Booth Supervisor will oversee ticket booth operations and personnel to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and maximizing sales.


About You


This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards
  • Inspect food preparation and service areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
  • Prepared to work during submitted availability and scheduled time
  • Oversee Pier Sales Agents and be prepared to troubleshoot problems, train staff when needed, and enforce policies
  • Enter new reservations accurately and thoroughly
  • Maintaining sales and accounting documents required for closeouts
  • Attend applicable meetings and training sessions as designated or necessary
  • Answer questions regarding product, price, duration, etc. with expertise and patience
  • Ensure that every guest is greeted warmly when approaching the ticket booth
  • Promote maximum revenue attainment by performing transactions with efficiency
  • Additional job duties as assigned.
  • Lead by example using RESPECT
  • Process payments in a timely manner in following company procedures
  • Ensure accuracy in transactions while monitoring product capacities
  • Sales & Guest Service
  • Resolve guest issues/Critical Moments of service
  • Successful proper cash handling and maintaining of all monies in the ticket booth including deposits


Requirements & Qualifications


  • Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form
  • Cash handling experience is required
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
  • Must be energetic and upbeat
  • Listen effectively, assesses the situation, determine relevant issues, & suggest solutions
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience necessary
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibility
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Meet deadlines
  • Focus on customer needs
