Minimum 2 years experience working with content management systems and databases

Outstanding organizational skills, with experience establishing and implementing processes to maximize efficiency

Experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising in the digital space

Experience in the book/audiobook industry or with digital media preferred

Experience working with outside partners and growing business relationships.

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

Experience in the book trade, library environment or a related field is preferred.

Write factually accurate catalog descriptions of rare books, historical manuscripts, prints, maps, and related materials for upcoming auctions.

Effectively and efficiently research, identify, and navigate institutional/private databases and appropriately cite print/digital references.

Proof/edit description text and review images for catalog production.

Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and adapt to varying workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously
