Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day activities of employees:

Supervises employees and provides file guidance. Assigns and checks work.

Reviews and determines coverage and/or liability.

Secures and analyzes necessary information (i.e., reports, policies, appraisals, releases, statements, reports, or other documents) in the investigation of claims.

Apply your knowledge and experience to adjudicate complex customer claims in the context of an energetic culture.

Utilization of Automation Claims Management System

Ability to meet continuing education requirements for licensing purposes

Manage Loss Adjustment Expenses in accordance with company guidelines

Ensure compliance with Medicare and ISO reporting requirements

5 years of experience in casualty and general liability claims handling required
