Good time management, communication skills, and organizational skills.

Responsible for end of month inventory reconciliation and management.

Works closely with plant management to implements operational improvement strategies and throughput of the unit.

2+ years incineration capabilities or parameters experience.

Develops production plans and productions sequences for the Operations Managers or Supervisors.

Advanced working knowledge of the laboratory.

Base pay starts at $18, after certification pay rate moves to $19.80

Coordinate downtime duties with lead, Team Leader and/or Manufacturing Manager.

Report unsafe conditions and work-related accidents to Team Leader or Safety Manager immediately.

Additional $1.50 per hour shift differential for ours worked between 6pm-6am.

Must be flexible for overtime and weekend work.

Start machine and observe operation to detect any machine malfunctions.

In the absence of management, the Blends Lead will oversee Team Member performance.

Operate Restaurant/Outlet in an atmosphere as specified by manager.

Be knowledgeable regarding company policies and procedures by attending all training seminars and using initiative to learn.

Must qualify to obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification.

Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office Suite and specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Possess fluent English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
