A Bistro Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items in a bistro or restaurant. They must ensure that all items are clean and sanitized before they are returned to the kitchen. This includes washing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items by hand or in a dishwasher. They must also empty and clean garbage cans, sweep and mop floors, and clean and sanitize countertops and other surfaces. Bistro Dishwashers must also ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and that all safety and sanitation standards are met.
