Manage account activations and closures for assigned locations on a daily basis
Experience with medical services operations preferred
Assist patients and colleagues within the clinic/laboratory with account questions regarding cryostorage and billing
Respond to patient inquires into the general support line via phone or email
Support disposition process to help clinical side with timely disposition
Assist with insurance claims for storage billing (as required)
