Strong time management and organizational skills

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Detail oriented with basic math skills.

Working knowledge of remittance processing and billing

Receives and processes moderate to complex bills and payments.

Inputs various forms of payments into the billing systems and ensures accurate application of premium in a timely manner.

Hybrid Work Schedule: 2 days WFH remote work per week

Candidates should have 2+ years of law firm billing experience. 3E, Elite Enterprise or Aderant experience required.

Experience using Workday for generating and sending invoices

Life sciences, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

Remote – preference for Raleigh, NC or Chicago, IL

BS/BA in Accounting, or related field

Setting up and/or requesting new client set-up in Workday
