Bilingual Virtual Clinical Educator Jobs in Pennsylvania

Provides both formal and informal educational opportunities for staff and management

Facilitates and coordinates a yearly learning-needs assessment as a guide for supplying educational programs or skill sessions.

Participates in the counseling of nursing staff when such counseling applies to clinical skills and educational endeavors.

Participates in quality management and standards of care activities.

Guides Managers and staff in making clinical decisions based on clinical literature and research findings.

Serves as a nurse planner and is a permanent planning committee member for all PSNA CEU activities of the hospital.

Education: BSN required, MSN preferred, professional certification in area of specialty preferred

Demonstrates knowledge of nursing practice guidelines and equipment. Facilitates
